In fact we have aspects of all 12 Archetypes within us, but your personal Thrive Factor Profile is a representation of your expression as you in the world. Think of it as the blueprint to your personal psychology.

Each Archetype has been explored and defined in a process spanning more than a decade by The Thrive Factor creator – yep that is me. Unlike many archetype and ‘personality’ frameworks, systems, solutions or assessments you’d find with a quick search online, the Thrive Factor Framework® was created with grounded ancient psychology principles front of mind.

Based on the feedback of women all over the world it has been proven to be one of the most profoundly accurate ways for women to understand and honour themselves. The Mediator Diplomat is one of the 12 Thrive Factor Archetypes.

She is the Archetype of truth, harmony and justice and embodies the energy of the Egyptian Goddess Maat, the Goddess who stood at the gates of heaven and hell and weighed your heart to determine which way you would go.

She is the truth teller of the Thrive Factor Archetype sisterhood and here to shine the light on injustice in the world. That may be in her world and immediate circle, or the world at large.

She gets activated easily to take action to right wrongs and can have a strong connection to social justice.

She is an incredible listener and others feel heard in her company. She is here to create harmony and to bring quality and value to others in the way she delivers and presents in a business context.

She has incredibly high standards and can at times feel she will never meet them. This perfectionist aspect can be challenging for her and have her focus too much on what is not yet right, ideal and accomplished, as opposed to all the incredible experiences she has had and things she has accomplished.

She is pragmatic, can be very pedantic and black and white about things. She is down to earth, sensible and doesn’t get too excitable about anything, unless there is unbalance and injustice around her, then she’s fired up and ready to do something.

She is the detective of the Archetypes and loves to research, has a quick mind and always has the facts.

She is wise to remember that there is a large part of the world that is not and cannot be as exacting as she is. Gratitude is her equaliser!

She is an Archetype frequently represented in the business and personal development community and particularly features in those working or interested in industries related to the law, social justice and money.

Q: What's included in the monthly masterclass?

A: You will be able to join me for 2 live sessions. Both will be hosted on the Zoom platform so you can interact live with me during each session. The first masterclass will be to meet the featured Archetype for the month.

The second session is a Q&A. It'll be an open discussion about the Archetype and hosted a couple of days after the first session to give you time to reflect on any questions you have. You'll also be able to receive live coaching to support you to understand how to best integrate the wisdom and gifts of the Archetype into your life and business/career.

In addition you'll receive a masterclass workbook that includes key information about the featured Archetype and reflection opportunities to expand your understanding of her.

As a company we believe in a pricing model that offers a range of options. We believe in payment plans and offer them for a majority of our services and programs. We do not agree with marketing that is driven by scarcity and fear of missing out, or that preys on personal insecurities or beliefs. As of January 2023 will began offering a flat rate pricing structure, thus removing early bird pricing and savings for pay in full. We do not believe in "penalising" anyone who chooses a payment plan by making you pay more than the small additional amount of administrative fees incurred administratively for offering payment plans. Please be patient as we transition this change across the company and our entire suite of offers, products, programs and services.

Unless otherwise stated, there is a 30 day written notice period to cancel ongoing coaching services. Any payments due in the time between your request to cancel and the end of the 30 day period, will be charged as per the agreed rate. No refunds are available on masterclasses or programs, masterminds. For retreats and other in person events you will find relevant cancellation and refund policies included in your related agreement.
