The Thrive Factor Framework®, was created in 2009 and is an archetypal experience changing the way women interact with themselves and the world. The Thrive Factor Framework® consists of 12 unique Archetypes, each with her own expression relating to Mindset, Marketing, Money and Magnetism; the 4 M’s of Momentum. You could have anywhere between 3 and 5 Archetypes, maybe 6!

In fact we have aspects of all 12 Archetypes within us, but your personal Thrive Factor Profile is a representation of your expression as you in the world. Think of it as the blueprint to your personal psychology.

Each Archetype has been explored and defined in a process spanning more than a decade by The Thrive Factor creator – yep that is me. Unlike many archetype and ‘personality’ frameworks, systems, solutions or assessments you’d find with a quick search online, the Thrive Factor Framework® was created with grounded ancient psychology principles front of mind.

Based on the feedback of women all over the world it has been proven to be one of the most profoundly accurate ways for women to understand and honour themselves. The Inspirer Believer is one of 12 Thrive Factor Archetypes.

She is the Archetype of energy, a bright spark in the world and embodies the energy of the Celtic Goddess Brigid.

She is the epitome of fun when she's energised, an enthusiastic cheerleader who is quick to support any and all those she sees has potential. It is why we also call her the ultimate potentialist, with a gift for seeing the potential and good in others and a desire for them to see the same in themselves.

The Inspirer Believer is belief driven and here to be inspired and inspire on a large scale. Fiery and fierce, she's deeply intuitive and creative when it comes to crafting.

Everyone who meets her loves how excited she gets at the smallest of things. They're not small to her at all! If she believes in something she wants the world to know and makes sure they do.

Her energy can be both her superpower and her achilles heel, and she can easily forget that being inspired by herself is the path of least resistance to unlocking her effortless success zone.

She is an Archetype that is strongly represented in the business and personal development community.

Q: What's included in the monthly masterclass?

A: You will be able to join me for 2 live sessions. Both will be hosted on the Zoom platform so you can interact live with me during each session. The first masterclass will be to meet the featured Archetype for the month.

The second session is a Q&A. It'll be an open discussion about the Archetype and hosted a couple of days after the first session to give you time to reflect on any questions you have. You'll also be able to receive live coaching to support you to understand how to best integrate the wisdom and gifts of the Archetype into your life and business/career.

In addition you'll receive a masterclass workbook that includes key information about the featured Archetype and reflection opportunities to expand your understanding of her.

Any change will be made with the best interests of our clients front of mind and heart and always communicated to our valued community if it affects any current commitment you have made with Thrive Factor Co.

As a company we believe in a pricing model that offers a range of options. We believe in payment plans and offer them for a majority of our services and programs. We do not agree with marketing that is driven by scarcity and fear of missing out, or that preys on personal insecurities or beliefs. As of January 2023 will began offering a flat rate pricing structure, thus removing early bird pricing and savings for pay in full. We do not believe in "penalising" anyone who chooses a payment plan by making you pay more than the small additional amount of administrative fees incurred administratively for offering payment plans. Please be patient as we transition this change across the company and our entire suite of offers, products, programs and services.

Unless otherwise stated, there is a 30 day written notice period to cancel ongoing coaching services. Any payments due in the time between your request to cancel and the end of the 30 day period, will be charged as per the agreed rate. No refunds are available on masterclasses or programs, masterminds. For retreats and other in person events you will find relevant cancellation and refund policies included in your related agreement.
